IRSPP 3
The third workshop in the study, entitled 'Building Public Procurement Capacity and Capability", was held in Paris, in September 2007. The workshop explored public procurement capacity and capability building through the presentation and exploration of international case studies.
The workshop consisted of 24 cases, from 17 countries organised into six streams, in addition to four keynote presentations. Each case was presented by a senior practitioner and then reviewed by other members of the stream and invited inquisitors.
Aim
The aim of IRSPP3 was to build on the foundations of IRSPP1 and 2 through an interactive workshop, exploring cases of procurement capacity and capability building.
